Elizabeth Hart is the Senior Vice President of People at AXON + Mentorship Chair for Girls in Tech in Phoenix, Arizona.

"What really attracted me to the organization. First and foremost, the mission, I think the mission resonates with a lot of individuals in and of itself (the mission = make the bullet obsolete). Our body camera footage has been at the forefront of some of the biggest court cases that we'll see in this decade. So, the mission truly does resonate with me.

I truly want to be somewhere where I know I can influence and help build and create, but that I can learn from the people around me, I don't consider myself the smartest one in the room. I hire really smart, talented people and I empower them."
