Nick Pags began his career in the fitness industry at the age of 17 interning at his local gym. Becoming a certified personal trainer at 19, Nick went full time in fitness soon after graduating college. He began his own personal training business 2 years later and at 24 became co-owner of RIPPED Fitness, a boutique group fitness studio with locations in Westchester, NY and NYC.

After taking the NYC group fitness scene by storm, Nick stepped away from gym ownership and focused his attention on speaking, training, and consulting. He has supported hundreds of fit pros and business owners over recent years. He joined forces with Talent Hack in November 2019 to spearhead partnerships and consult fit pros and studio/gym owners. His podcast LESSGOO was launched in March 2019 to inspire and motivate his listeners worldwide. In the past year he has spoken on multiple stages across the country. Nick started his mindset coaching business in October 2019 for individuals and small groups.
